We stand behind our products. This page explains eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund.
1) Overview
Proofgrid sells digital products (a Playbook PDF), an online Course, and a Course + Coaching plan. Because these are digital, access is typically delivered immediately after purchase.
2) What’s refundable
- Playbook (PDF): 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Course: 14-day refund window, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the course content. We may ask for brief feedback to improve the program.
- Course + Coaching: eligible for a refund within 14 days if no coaching call has been completed. If a coaching call has been completed, refunds are prorated minus $149 per completed call. Missed/no-show sessions are non-refundable.
3) Non-refundable
- Completed coaching sessions and custom consulting work.
- Refund requests after the window above, or after substantial course completion.
- Charges from currency conversion or your bank.
4) How to request a refund
- Email support@proofgrid.com from your purchase email.
- Include your Order Reference (shown at checkout and in your receipt).
- Tell us which product you purchased and the reason you’re requesting a refund.
We’ll confirm eligibility and approve or explain next steps. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5) Timing
Approved refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend access while the card network reviews the case. We’re happy to resolve issues directly and quickly via support@proofgrid.com.
7) Taxes & currency
Any sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout. Refunds are processed in the original currency and payment method where possible.
8) EU/UK consumers
For digital content delivered immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate access and waive the 14-day cooling-off period. If you do not consent, access may be delayed until the cooling-off period ends or a limited refund right may apply per local law.
9) Policy updates
We may update this policy as products evolve. Changes apply prospectively and will be posted here.
